nolo ("nolo", "we", "us" or "our") is a service of X Dynamics FZE. We operate the website www.nolo.ae and the nolo e-commerce platform (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is shared, and the choices and rights you have, including how to delete your account. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Sign-up requests — the name, business name, mobile number, email, plan and message you enter in the sign-up form on this website.
Account details — name, email, phone number and business details you provide when you register.
Order & transaction data — products, orders, invoices and delivery details.
Payment information — processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Device & usage data — browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies.

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
